What sizes do you carry?

Are Men Clothing/Jeans your only clothing line?

Yes, our first line is our men's wear but we are also looking to launch a female clothing line in the near future.

Is the interior liner machine washable?

Yes the interior liner is 100% machine washable.  

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We’ll provide full refunds/exchanges from 30 days of when the product is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

How to complete an exchange or refund?

Click on our links and complete the "Exchange/Refund Form" and email a copy to admin@shelternjeans.com.  We will respond back within 24 hours with our return shipping instructions.
